JUNE 25 - 28, 2020 in FLAT ROCK, NC. Come to the mountains of North Carolina for a retreat where you can bask in the pastoral beauty, play with spalshing paint and mixed media techniques, and restore and reefresh your body with yoga specially designed to bring you peace and joy. This is our sixth year facilitating this life-changing retreat. INCLUDES Private accommodation for three nights with shared bath + 9 delicious meals and yummy snacks during sessions, mindfulness & yogic practices, intuitive soul painting and creative art journaling sessions.
